What condition can I expect my piece to be in?
All pieces are carefully assessed and photographed to reflect their true condition. Signs of age and wear are part of what gives them their beauty. Anything notable will be clearly shown and described.
Do you offer trade pricing or work with designers?
Yes. We value relationships with interior professionals and offer trade pricing on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch to discuss your project or studio needs.
How often is new stock added?
New pieces are added regularly in curated edits, with previews shared in advance via Instagram and email. Each collection is considered and seasonal, rather than constant.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each item is carefully photographed and described. If you have any questions or would like additional details before purchasing, we're happy to assist.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer free local delivery within select areas of Sydney, Southern Highlands and South Coast.
For other regions and Interstate, we partner with a trusted carrier to provide insured delivery.
You're also welcome to collect your piece directly from our studio by appointment. Delivery fees are based on location and scale. Please get in touch for a tailored quote or to confirm if your area qualifies for free local delivery.
